Tool for finding position, distance, angle and velocity for planets in the solar system by date

I am making a solar system simulation in Python, and I want to use the real planet positions, distance, angle and velocity for a start date (Planet positions in x, y is the same as the distance and angle, yes). Are there any good tools for finding this data? In my example, I want to start simulation from January 1st, 1750.

I found some sites that almost do what I want, for example [https://www.heavens-above.com/planets.aspx](https://www.heavens-above.com/planets.aspx) gives me distance from the sun and velocity, but not the angle. [https://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/Solar](https://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/Solar) gives measurements from earth’s perspective (i really would prefer not to translate these into measurements relative to the sun). I found some more websites as well that doesn’t quit give me what I want.
